No one gave the slave girl a real name. Every one simply called her Slave. At the age of six, Slave was sold by her father and ordered to live in a barn and tend to the livestock. Now that she is a teenager, she calls the farm animals her only friends.

But Slave has a secret. She is a dreamer. Her dreams give her access to the realm of the Colorful Kingdom. In that place of wonder, she spies the majestic King and learns of his love for his children.  She Fervently wishes the King would come for her and take her into his world as his own child.

The King hears her cry and sends help but not in the way she expects. A spy, Lightheart, appears before her with a plan of escape. But first, she needs a name!

In the tale that follows, the newly named Rose must break free from the evil tyrant Deadlock and find other special dreamers. Each adventure teaches Rose more about the glory of the King and the wonders of his Colorful Kingdom.
